Will there be content and a harem ending?
and is the content forced or can it be avoided? By this I mean some fetishes or tags that are sometimes presented in the game that are not to everyone's liking such as lesbians, ntr, femdom, etc.

Short answer:
Harem ending: Yes.
Content: 3-4 scenes for every 20 minutes of playtime.
Every scene can be skipped.
Detailed answer(copy from another thread):
Harem - in the long run. I plan for each episode to introduce and focus on 1-2 new Main Girls that will closely follow 69 in his future adventures, like Central from the Prologue. Also, each episode will feature a number of Side Girls and Female Enemies that will have an episodic role, unless y'all want to see some of them again.
Episode 1 will have a moderate focus on Romance with gradual escalation, plus at least one FFM scene planned, and maybe some lesbian action.

I'll try to add a variety of poses. All scenes will remain optional and available to be seen in the same playthrough.
Ok, however optional is the same as something that can be skipped, but it happens in the background or behind the scenes, whereas avoidable is something that you prevent from happening and it doesn't happen in any way, So what will it be? Well, you mention lesbian stuff that I personally would rather avoid.
