When I finish seeing the storage rooms and the characters say it's time to go upstairs, I just can't, it says i need to investigate more but i haven't got more options obviously. Is there any way to fix this? I wanna play the trial so baadd but I can't 😭😭😭😭😭

Had the same problem. Near the boiler room, specifically near Eva, you need to investigate blood, which is easy to miss. After that, you can move upstairs.

I had checked that too. Maybe it was something trivial with my save file because I ran the game as an administrator, did it all again, and it magically worked. Thanks for the help, tho! Maybe someone else was looking for this information. You're the best! <3
