Yes, he's quite a challenge :) - he generally gives hints as to the achievements you need to have with Kean. As long as you have around half-ish of Kean's achievements, you should be able to get through.
I was looking at doing maybe an achievement guide and art book, but it was taking quite awhile, so I figured i should focus on completing the other characters :)
