I've already made a full script for a game demo I'm making, which will have lot of humor. I'm considering having someone else look through it and see if the jokes land, and maybe improve them or come up with new joke ideas. I'm not sure if I'm fully confident in my humor. Whoever does this would have to be pretty good at jokes.
