Are you passionate about pixel art and eager to contribute to an indie game project? I’m looking for a pixel artist to collaborate on my game, Adventures of Fate, a story-driven, emotional and adventurous game inspired by Deltarune and Undertale.

This is an unpaid opportunity designed for those who want to gain experience, build their portfolio, or work on a creative project for fun.

What You’ll Do

  • Create pixel art for characters, enemies, and environments in a simple yet expressive style.
  • Help bring the game world to life with your unique art and creativity.

What I’m Looking For

  • Someone who loves creating pixel art and has an eye for detail.
  • An artist who can work in a style similar to Deltarune and Undertale, blending dark tones with expressive characters.
  • Open to beginners or hobbyists who are looking to improve or expand their portfolio.

What You’ll Get

  • Full credit for your artwork in the game and all related materials.
  • The opportunity to showcase your work on an indie project and collaborate in a creative environment.
  • A chance to grow with the project and contribute ideas that shape the game’s visual direction.

A Note on Inspiration

Adventures of Fate is inspired by Deltarune and Undertale, but it’s also a deeply personal project with its own unique story, mechanics, and tone. It’s a blend of humor and darkness, with themes and characters that I hope will make it stand out as its own creation. If you’re excited to be part of a game that draws from those inspirations but forges its own path, I’d love to have you on board!

If you’re interested, please reach out to me with:

  • Examples of your previous work (if any).
  • A brief introduction about yourself and why you’d like to work on this project.

Let’s create something amazing together!

I might be interested in this, I have been doing pixel art for a few years now and I do it in a variety of styles and playing UT/DR was part of why I got into pixel art in the first place. I can do tilesets well and I'm flexible to fit the needs of the sprites. I would like to know roughly how far into development the project is and how much is currently finished because I wouldn't mind also helping out with some music if you need any, since that's mostly my specialty.

I'm really interested in being featured in a game to build a portfolio so my discord is thatcoolguyryan if you're interested in more details

Okay, sweet. add my on discord Fallensky279

Oh, and i forgot to tell you is that im in the very beginning stage in my game. i only added the title screen, settings menu, and a character selection screen with a sprite placeholder thats in beta testing.
