Hello, I downloaded the chapter from the browser since it says it's incompatible on the app

For some reason, my up and left buttons are continuously pressed down. It doesn't affect the menus like settings, but when I move or look in a room, it's there. It can be overridden with other buttons, but it gets annoying.
