Cannot craft Ker-O Parts

I cannot craft the parts for Kerfur Omega as per this video. I am starting with the head as I haven't dug up the joints yet. 
I have The Book, I broke apart my Favoured Friend (Original Parts), I collected The Scrap (2 plastic, 1 metal, 2 electronics, 1 glass scrap), and I painstakingly cracked a safe (for the AI module).

I have attempted to craft the Head, but there is no option to craft it...

"Kerfur Omega" complete manual is also required it should be in the bunker unless this was changed in the newest patch

There was only the the notebook down there this time. A LOT of inert books, but no manual 

EDIT: After breaking every box, I was able to find the manual. Disregard.

i just checked and found it against the right corner of the bunker its behind the crates
