Well, tbh, i doubt this will ever happen, unless it's in some fancy mod. Why? Because with what we have in game now, devs would have to change not just sex scenes, but a whole lot of other stuff. I'm not saying that it would be worse, because it's logical that the more content - the better
It may not be implemented because the story basically revolves around the male protagonist, things like his "ugliness" or that he is someone strange could not be achieved in the same way with a Female protagonist, it's basically because of the lore
