Browsing the spreads, it doesn't tell me how the game should start, what starts the story in the game, etc. And the guidelines for the GM feels more like reminders of what to do. How should the game be played?
Are you familiar with other tabletop roleplaying games? These are rules, best practices, and suggestions about how to resolve situations when the players don't know what should happen in the story. But there isn't a story. That's for you and the other players to decide.
