[SOLVED] Now, this is what worked for me, and you can deduce if you have the same problem. For me, it was the halloween scene, I managed to accidentally skip it in my save and therefore being unable to progress certain parts of the story. This means that if you have done the same, your only option is probably a new save. If you have done the halloween scene and gone to a lecture in the new skirt and a new event with brenda still doesn't appear (start of the quest chain), I don't know.

I really don't know what to do, I have maxed corruption(lvl 1 1000C), and I just thought I had come to the game end for now. But apparently I'm supposed to be able to get to the library scene by sitting next to viki during a lecture(?). But I can only ask for pictures and nothing else.

What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: btw, I have indeed reinstalled the game a few times to see if that works but nothings changed(I even tried using the 32 version just in case), still no clue on what I'm supposed to do.

It was a bug, please redownload the new version and after lectures it'll trigger.

Have you continued an old save game or start a new game? If you have used an old save there could be uncontrolled behavior. There is also a problem with "the new game" option in game, when you have loaded a save before and use the "exit/start new game" ingame option. Then you have not a new game, you have only a new intro sequence and continue on the loaded game states before. If you want to start a real new game, you need to hardreset the game-engine (close and restart then game).

Yep, ı beleive that there is a bug in that state.
