Checking to see if there was ever a fix for the Mac Intel black screen freeze issue? Just purchased and I get one second where I can see to pick a language and then I just get a black screen and can only move the cursor. I have redownloaded multiple times. 

Am wondering the same. Demo verison worked great, niether mac download of the full game works. Loads into a black screen with audio playing. 

What worked for me- I did a full backup and updated to the latest version of Sequoia. I had been avoiding updating as Sonoma was stable and did everything I needed it to do. Immediately fixed the graphics issue.
