I am a bit confused about this the first slave that you get and you can customize for your game you get events for them but this usually ends for me when they ask for you to massage their back but after that nothing happens how long do i have to wait or is there no more events after that? I have tried this in both story and sandbox and it always ends there.

The next stage requires an alchemy room and will start within 3 days of purchasing it (after the massage event). That is the only additional requirement for the start slave quest line.
