This looks like an awesome game and I can't wait to play it. I don't want to play a beta as I don't have the patience to deal with certain issues and bugs that may come up. Any idea when the official release is? 

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any updates on a potential release date that I can find. It was originally supposed to be released December of 2018 but you can read about that one here. The last update we've received about where the game is going now was here and there has been little else posted about it, sadly.

Games are tricky in that you never know what will happen during the pre-release stage, so it can take years more than you think it will to finish it. So I feel like the devs have stopped giving us a release date, just in case they have to push it back again.

I'd guess that if everything goes at a normal pace, it'll probably release mid-to-late 2020? I wouldn't be surprised if it got released around 2022 either, though.

We can't promise an exact date at this point, but we're committed to releasing before the end of 2019.
