You should be able to make technologies like Cores, Clock speed, set the "multiplier" for them, and you can put them in the R&D Bar "The thing where you can research stuff" And the Year, what comes before, RP needed, XP Needed, Competitors, Better Socket making.

You should also be able to set "multipliers" on the main game stuff, like taxes, sales, research.
