When is the full game (With all episodes) planned to be completed?

Q3 or Q4 2018.

Episode 1 is planned for July and then another episode every 4-5 months.

so uhh... I guess that didn't exactly pan out? I can't dig up much information on the development here... is there an estimated date for episodes 4 and onward?
