I downloaded the game and then when i try to play it it says 'V1.04_Raft_Win32_Data' is missing from your device. So how do i get that file??? pls help

please help when I start my game the bacground is purple the the raft is there but everything is purple and when it spins it leaves trails and when I start the game it leaves trailers to and then the water goes black
