i am looking for an experienced Pixel Artist who can create both environment and character assets. The style is a mix between dark and cute fantasy. Game has several unique and interesting game mechanics and is in general something, which will be fun to work on, if you enjoy fantasy theme.
A bit info about me. I am working as game developer for past ten years, i have developed several released titles as lead dev.
For example:

and bunch more.
I am looking for artist who i can rely on to take care of all the art, enjoy working on interesting game and be interested in making as good game as possible and not take just as a job ( eventho its a job :)
Payment:
-Fixed budget or hourly rate. I can offer solid pay for your work
-Plus smaller revshare if you will be interested and will be able to offer some additional work or lower rate. ( this is completely optional, position is paid even with revshare ). I want to make sure the artist is interested in the project and has some ownership over the project.
Requirements:
-Environment and character design ( Animations not needed, animator already hired )
-Fluent english, be able to speak on a voice call
-Availability at least 20 hours a week for next few months.
-Have fun making games :)
