If I repair things the bar doesn't fill up and it stays red but my friend doesn't have the problem. If i kill myself it does get updated.

This looks like a network issue.

What version are you playing?

That bug popped up at least three time now. Kubik (?) and I tested it thoroughly back when he had it and it was like this:

So I can't see how that can be related to a network issue.
