I learn a lot better by example and was hoping someone could make an example for me. Then I can look at the code and expand it myself.


I need a 2D grid based tile map. Think a checkerboard. That can be procedurally generated by a 2D array. Each grid will be a random color from a selection of 5. And the player can move on the grid by pressing left, right, downs up.
