When I press options it just directs me to the browser where it shows me the settings, and I cant chance them. I need help!!!

I didn't added an in-game options screen yet (sorry). You have to open the settings file with a text editor and change the settings manually (and restart the game afterwards). The settings.xml can be found in one of the following locations:

• "C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\My Games\OrcishInn\"
• "C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\OrcishInn\"
• "C:\Users\YourUsername\OneDrive\Documents\OrcishInn\"

Right-click and open it with a text editor, e.g. Notepad.
