I'm building this shooter and have been iterating a lot on the core formula; here's where it's at right now:

Fight your way across the World of MC-27 on foot or call your Mech when the area permits it, upgrade your abilities, mod your guns to hell and if you play your cards right you might just be able to shoot the pilot out of an alien Mech and take that along for the ride.

Any gun in the game can be upgraded from a range of Modules that enemies drop:

Reworked the Weapon Mod system for the sake for better pacing and more tangible short-term goals: Every Weapon now comes with a set of unlockable Mods, additional Mods can be attached during your run.
