Well, you're getting this error I'm assuming because your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package version is the wrong one. You could try reinstalling My Little Blacksmith Shop and see if it'll automatically update to the correct version or manually install the newest version.
The top one is the most up to date but I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that this is the required minimum version for the game. If that version doesn't make it work just download all the newest ones in ascending order until it does or doesn't and then re-post what you came up with.
