it is a bug that people with AMD graphics cards are having. i am on an i7 and it is still unplayable.

have the same but only after the new update. i was able to play in the 1.04 version. anyone knows how to fix it?

Most likely your drivers are out of date, I run the game just fine with an old R7 card; you should at a bare minimum have driver version 16.6.

9/10 if an AMD card is having an issue, it's the drivers. Just do a clean installation of the latest drivers and you'll most likely resolve the issue.
