I believe so. It's made so that you can beat it at any level (since you're stuck in there until you beat it.) Pay attention to the messages. It'll have a specific one right before using its super attack. Guard when you see it, and you should be fine.
I read about that message on the wiki, but it’s different every times. Sometimes it hovers closely before attacking, the other time it’s threateningly. I don’t know what to do. I’m also kind of surprised by how dark and depressing that bad end is.
