Hey guys, is this after todays patch? What version are you trying to run? Also, what does the error say?

It Says,

The Program Can't Start Because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

for me it says "'C:\user\meg\appdata\local\temp\7zOE5FB.tmp\engine\binaries\win64\UG4E.ame.exe'..\..\..\shopsim\shopsim.unproject"

create process() returned 2.

So,

I have downloaded the game but it just wont even show me anything. But it shows me that it is processed in Task manager. I don't know what to do as I cant really find anything on the internet.
