Greetings, Itch.io community! I'm XEA - an interdisciplinary artist who's goal is to combine a variety of mediums and processes through creative game design. Today I'm releasing VIRTUE.
In short, VIRTUE is a 2d platform-shooter who's gameplay emphasizes traditional platforming mechanics, while also beginning to incorporate problem solving and resource management.
To create many of the assets in VIRTUE, I used stop-motion techniques to digitize my physical artwork. It's my hope this artwork, combined with a carefully composed soundtrack, meticulously crafted soundscape, and thought provoking themes, all comes together to create a unique experience for the player.
