are you allowed to edit the game page after submitting it?
Yes as long as you note it. So what I have seen is:
version 1.0 submitted in time frame
version 1.01 fixed blah blah
version 1.02 fixed bugs after feedback
version 1.03 etc. etc.
This way people vote on the first version you submitted, but can play an update if they want to see what you did with it.
