Hello all! I'm in the process of creating a fantasy adventure kinetic (visual) novel series called DreamCatcher: Reflections, which is based on my old webcomic. I've done the first two parts entirely by myself, but would love to bring on some art help to start getting it out a bit quicker! It's a bit unique in that because I'm adapting a comic, despite the chapters being pretty short, I'm creating TONS of unique CGs for each one. It's uh...it's a process, and I could really use some help.
Unfortunately it would be unpaid to start (especially since I'm totally out of paid work at the moment--thanks corona), though if I ever manage to turn a profit for this thing the first place it would go is to my team.
Specifically, I'd be looking for:
Colorist: I'm happy creating the lineart, but if you can color in a relatively simple anime cell-shaded style, I'd love to have you on board!
Background Artist: I hate drawing backgrounds. I hate it so much. And I'd much prefer having someone else do it, so if that's a thing you're good at, hit me up!
The upside to the fact that I can't pay is that I'm 100% willing to teach, so even if you don't think you're that good, I am certainly willing to work with you and help you improve! Everyone starts somewhere.
Here's some examples of the art from the first chapter+some character designs. If you want, you can check out the first two chapters on my profile page.
