I’m on version 1.37 and it says ash’s corruption is at 260. Can I raise it anymore yet because it tells me I need to do the events to invade her dream and bring toys to cafe but nothing is happening 

I am on 1.38. Here is all fine. Continue each last daytime work pantieless in cafe.  Ash personal event to bring toys comes automatically when doing this. Other event is little more work on Ash corruption. But it´s mostly working last shift pantieless to do this again and again. There are random events and stranger events could blocking ash events.
