Can I Convert it to 48x48 dimension for MV?

Hello, as the title suggests, can I use a (any) software to change its dimension to 48x48 for use in MV?
If you want, I can send you the results, after some testing (I mean the tilesets to also offer them for the 48x48 dimension as well. At least that much value I can provide back ^^)

Looking forward to an answer!

Yours faithfully,

Heya Annwfn!  If you'd like, you can convert the set to 48x48 for use in MV. I know it's a ton of work since each tile would most likely need to basically be redrawn depending on complexity. I really appreciate the fact that you're willing to send me the results of your effort. So definitely go for it if you feel up to it! : D

This made me think that maybe it's doable via machine learning. Upscale the image to high resolution with super resolution technology, like waifu2x, then pixelate it back to 48x48 with something like https://github.com/sedthh/pyxelate.

I've never tried such process, don't know if it works. But it's certainly better than simply up-scaling the image. But still, redrawing is unavoidable for the best quality.

Thanks for the link to pyxelate, it looks useful! I will be making some Japanese RPGMaker MV/MZ compatible sets in the near future but they most likely won't be conversions of these 32x32 sets (although I will test with pyxelate and see what the results are). They will be new locations.

Are conversions of the current Japanese packs a possibility in the far future? I would love to use the native images in MV and MZ. Thanks for your work <3

Heya! Most of the set would have to be redrawn by hand after upscaling. It's possible that I do a total conversion at some point but I don't think it will be soon, and I will be creating new Japan themed sets at 48x48 sized tiles for MV/MZ first.
