I don't know how to start with without sounding rude, and I don't wanna sound rude or anything.

Hey, I saw that you encourage modding. But I can't download mods from the stream workshop and I couldn't find any downloads online anywhere. I was hoping to download the example mods so I could make my own. And I don't think I can upload them onto the workshop without owning the game on steam. After I saw no one else have asked this, I made a few discussions on the the community page about over an hour ago and It didn't help..  

My point is, people who downloaded the game from here can't really interact with the modding part of the community
