A Writing Jam might sound like a Writer's Block but it's the opposite! It's where Writers can Jam!! Yes, yes, itch.io isn't the place for books as much as games but... why not? I'll start my own band and jam alone if I have to!! Viva la Renaissance!!!

(Yes, this is a serious post. I don't mind if no one joins but you'll be a friend if you do!)

This is interesting- my first game started off as an  ebook- but a friend and I added graphics and music and memory and stuff to convert it into a game.
I don't know what your terms are, but can we submit Witches and Bandits and Swords (Oh My)? The ebook version was short-listed for the Big Al's Books and Pals Readers' Choice Award, and that's largely what inspired me to start making video games.

Ironically, the video game is free, but the ebook version costs 99 pence. In case anyone's wondering, this is due to the licensing terms for our graphics...

Sure! Honestly, I wanted to make it for books/comics only but knowing how it feels to be excluded, I'll allow anything as long as it's story oriented! Though hopefully one day, we'll get official Book Jams and not just 'Write a story... then put in a game', which kind of sucks for those like me who don't know the first thing about game-making.

please can you host another of this
