I like the topic of the game and that it is supported on pc and phone, though this gives a bit of a disadvantage to pc gamers because it is harder to angle the needle. And i've spawned and immediately died 3 out of 20 times.

All around I like the game but for me it is simple and I personally would like more options (maybe a power up that lets you break or go through blood cells) 

Hello! Thanks for your comment. The power up that let's you break blood cells is a very nice idea and I should implement it :) I know that there are issues with spawning, that's the thing I am currently working on :) hope I get it right sometime xd
