I am here on behalf of my team, PeachMangoPie Games, to gather up some more team members for our 2D Metroidvania Hollow Knight-like game, Witch's Nest.
The game is currently working on a demo, but we need more volunteer (unpaid right now) help. Once the demo is out, and if it goes well, we are thinking of making a patreon account and possible paying team members.
We mostly use Discord to communicate, but also use Trello and Google Drive regularly. The game is made in Game Maker Studio 2, so if you already have that, that's a plus! :)
We pop in chat/work at least 3x a week and then all day Saturday and Sunday.

Here are the roles we are currently looking for (will update this post once we book these positions):
- Lead Concept Artist: We currently have 2 concept artists, but need a lead to take the designs, decide on one and finalize them before they are off to our character board artists.
- Character Board Artist: We currently have 1 character board artist, but they are unavailable during the week. We need someone to help them out by creating, editing and fine-tuning the concept artwork into a character board, so it is ready to be handed off to the animators.
- VFX Artist: We currently have 1 VFX Artist, but they are unavailable during the week. We need someone to help them out by creating, editing and fine-tuning some VFX artwork for all assets of the game.
- UI Artist: We are currently missing a UI Artist. We would like someone who can create, edit and fine-tune some UI artwork and text into the game.
- Assistant Writer: We currently have 2 writers, but need someone to help them compromise on their ideas, monitor chat for ideas, update the Google Doc and other documents, and also assist me (SammieAran, Project Assistant). They will also serve as an Editor once the game has text implemented. This person should have a lot of free time on their hands, as they will be reading lots of chat in our Discord channel.
