Hi ! I recently had to reset my pc and had the great idea of doing it right after coming home from work. So I was very tired, started the resetting process and passed out for 3 hours.

When I woke up, I was glad to see that it worked but when everything was finally done, I realized that I've lost a lot of things. From my pictures, to some of my arts and a bunch of games and softwares including PICO-8.

So here's my question, is there a way to get it back ? A confirmation email or providing a proof of the transaction ? This purchase is not linked to my account so I'm afraid that there is no way to get it back, which is kinda sad because I really like it and was learning to use it.

I think itch has a way to do this, but I can't exactly remember how to find it. Maybe look around a bit and check? I could've sworn I've seen an option like that somewhere.
