It was there for some time and then disappeared? That's weird. Maybe try to change the graphic options? If this is not possible because you have no mouse pointer you could overwrite the file data/settings.txt.
Those values will start it in windowed mode in 1280x768 resolution:
It was there for some hours of gameplay and then it was no more. It seems it is now only in windowed mode. And by god I need it to beat that cursed level 5.
Edit: No worries, it can be done in windowed mode.
