The dialogue is incredible. The combat is fun, and janky enough to not get repetitive. I'm all in.  Spoilers below.
I don't want to just vomit ideas and suggestions, but weird, silly, eccentric things are just my thing. I hope I do not come off rude in my excitement.

So here are my ramblings and thoughts.

I would love to see some levels or a "course selector" like in games like glover or just older platformers.  As well as unique weapons that are not really swingable. There was a glitch where i got stuck in the pizza, and i thought it would be fun to become the weapon and launch myself as people.

Im not saying make this game into a rogue like, but adding some one use items/perks/powerups or maybe a "gacha" or "slot machine" to gamble juice for random items, power ups, or what ever. Like a key weapon that can open a chest, a big ice cube to cool down a frog's tea.  and after he bathes in it you can slurp it up, giving you a trip and teleport to a new world , til you wake up or complete it.

A companion that blocks the next attack and horrifically dies with regret and forces a dialogue.

I'd love to see some super pointless stuff, like "you can a 3rd arm, but it can only hold a flower, and doesn't help you" and it sticks out of your back.

The critique I will get is that there is a good linear progression in the start, and while I know it is still early, you do lose a bit of that in the next world. I'd maybe say with the next goal, even if vague, to have maybe the fox npc or someone hint at it. Thinking of games like banjo kazooie. While i think some open areas and exploration / wandering / mindless murdering is good, your dialogue and setups in the first area make me want to see some added structure and more tasks.

I think if you delayed the "mouth wall / portal" a bit  more" it would be a great edition. Maybe having the weapon up top locked a way. The mouth wall is so cool, and so bizarre and mysterious, that i feel it is a bit short lived. I would love to get a sense of the world before, and maybe how bad or frowned upon it was to open that door.

The growing and shrinking weapon mechanic  is genius.

I feel kind of bad just throwing out all this in a single post, but I am super excited to have found this game.

lot of sick ideas  i think those would be  pretty cool in game like a bunch of little things like a third arm would be cool good job Tabletopcheese
