I don't know how to make the folder into the game on my oculus quest
I would install SideQuestVR and you can then copy the APK you got using the button in the top right of the program. You need to have your Quest in developer mode which you can set using the Oculus app. Then connect the Quest to a computer and approve the connection to the computer by accepting the prompts on the Quest's screen.

2. Make Sure Sidequest is fully set up
3. Plug Your Oculus Quest 1 Or 2 Into Your PC
4. Accept All Prompts Inside The Headset Except Oculus Link
4. Click The Down Arrow Button On Sidequest and choose the apk file
5. Go Into The Quest 1 or 2 and go to games
6. Click The Arrow In The Corner And Scroll Down To Unknown Sources
7. Click On The Game
