Production is going ok. I was busy these last couple of weeks with my alt ctrl game for GDC but since that's now done hopefully I can focus more on this project. I was able to complete the blockout of my first area which turned out decent. Burger has been keeping us organized and is trying his best to reduce scope. I'll most likely need to cut some sections from my level but since I designed with this in mind this shouldn't ruin the experience.
The next step will be to implement the features that Joey and Keagen have programmed. Features such as the chests, enemies and community elements. I'm hope the AI work will in my environements. Ideally I would've been able to design and greybox already knowing the constraints and metrics that come with how the AI functions.

It's great to hear that cut features won't completely destroy the game experience. It's always disheartening to hear that some things didn't make the cut. Hopefully the communication between your team allowed you to make proper assumptions on how the AI would move and exact metrics. And, in the worst case scenario where it doesn't work, hopefully the fixes are minor.
