Great music, good gameplay. I love jumping is something new. Good job!

Good job! For me it felt a bit odd mapping in my mind that I would jump when I released the spacebar instead of when I pressed (like in any other game) but I'm glad you experimented with the mechanics. Congratulations on your entry!

Nice game, I liked the controls once I got the hang of the jump ^^

The level change was a bit disturbing for me when I was trying to jump in the current level though...
Very good music and level design, good job! :)

[Spoiler for an end-game unlock]

This was great fun! Nice levels, great music, good art and nice controls.

The charge jump mechanic was a cool idea, and you managed to do a good job of implementing it. Took me a bit to get used to since I'm used to jumping immediately when I press the space-bar, but after a little while I had it down.

If you end up working on the project more in the future, it might be an interesting idea to add some alternate paths for players revisiting old levels. I didn't notice any possible alternate routes on my first play-through, but having levels that are designed with more abilities in-mind would add a lot for replayability. Especially if you tracked time too.

Probably my favorite thing is the wall-jump and its animation (I probably spent a good minute just looking at the pretty animation). It opens up more possibilities for level design and felt really satisfying to use. Kind of like the Celeste boost-jump.

Congratulations on your first game jam! Great job :D

Cool game! The jumping felt good and I liked the addition of the wall jump. The vertical area changes felt kind of odd, though. Sometimes I would go up or down a screen and I would have a massive amount of jump velocity or I would be somewhere on the screen that didn't quite make sense, but it didn't detract from the experience. Kudos on all the menu functionality and social media links too, it adds a lot to the polish of the whole thing.

Thank you! Sorry about the jumping up and down areas. I'll try to find a different way to work the code next time my bad!
