Z will lock a grid on the radar. Launching a torpedo will only launch if a spot is locked on the grid. If it is a hit, you will hear a boom.
Good atmosphere, but I felt a bit lost in the beggining. Nice work! You can play my game if you want: https://itch.io/jam/-pixel-game-jam-2024/rate/2718966
Thank you for your feedback! Hopefully, after this game jam, we’re able to implement a tutorial system or a way to better guide the player through the mechanics. Best of luck on the game jam!
OK! I think all of us are going to update their game after the jam for improve it, fix bugs and that stuff...
I liked the atmosphere. Anyway at the beginning I wasn't able to understand what I had to do. It looks like a good idea, keep working! ^^
Thank you for playing our game and your feedback, its greatly appreciated! Hopefully, at the end of this game jam we're able to develop the game further and give the player better instructions about the controls and functions of the game. Best of luck on the game jam!
I wish the game would hold the players hand a little bit in the beginning, as I was severely confused as to what my objective was. The controls were also challenging, as I had no idea how to use the radar system, what the point of the reactor was, or how to shoot enemies off of the ship. The design however was excellent and the potential is there.
Thank you for your feedback! I'm hoping that we're able to brush up and improve on the game after this game jam :)
The controls were a bit confusing but I did quite like the atmosphere and having to juggle between different things. I think having more visual and auditory feedback on being attacked would be nice. And the reactor blaring an alarm when it is about to explode.
Thank you for your feedback! Best of luck on the game jam :)
Scared the **** out of me!
