The owner of the 1-bit jam posted on their discord that anyone who missed the jam submission period by a few hours could dm the owner and have a late submission. 

However he only saw these messages a week later when submission were about to be closed, so in order for those games to get ratings he extended the voting period. 

Our game, Kindled Core was one of these late submissions.
