I played the game, the graphics are fascinating , what I found a little annoying is that the controlling are hard, but I think that it's a solid base for a good game, if you put it under development it's going to look great , I hope you play mine as well.

The graphics look absolutely fantastic but does this technically count as 1-bit? Any chance there will be a browser based version I can try?

Developer

Hi thanks for uploading a web version! The game is visually impressive and the graphics are very well done. I'm curious to know what the consensus is on whether or not this qualifies as a 1-bit game. There are plenty of controls and just reading the list of functions is a bit intimidating. Moving works but the controls aren't intuitive for me. There wasn't a clear indication on what I was controlling. To summarize, the artwork is great but gameplay could benefit from refined controls. I also want to bring attention to the abundance of screenshots that immediately caught my attention and really made me want to play this title.

I will check out SuBseekers

An aerial combat game with some pretty good ideas, but not exactly perfect implementation. The game controls are not very intuitive, and even taking off from the carrier can be problematic. Where this game does shine, however, is graphically. Using only red and blue (and a touch of white), the developer has been able to create a visually stunning creation with a limited palette. Though not technically 1-bit, the visuals are still quite impressive for the limited colors used.
With some more work and polish, this game could become pretty good. It is still quite impressive what the developer was able to get done in the time period given, however.

thanks, by the way, I work, liked an idiot, wasting a lot of time like two days, trying to get a jet lift done, but I failed so I faked it absolutely. I know getting the jet out of carrier questionable, also after jam I did know this has to be look like 1 bit, I can make it look like one bit by cracking down render resolution, but I don't like it. Also if you want I can work in this project more

I still find what you have been able to do with only blue and red as extremely impressive, and this game definitely has a lot of potential if you had more time to work on it. I think that you have a solid concept here.
