Thank you very much! Your feedback is very much appreciated.

Thank you very much! I am so glad to know that you enjoyed it.

Thank you very much! It originally did have a variable jump, but I wanted to make the game emulate the old, early 1980s platformers that it is inspired by a bit closer (without emulating it too closely, since games like Jet Set Willy did not allow you to control your jump trajectory at all). I will, however, be adding variable jump heights to a planned sequel of the game.
Thank you very much for your positive feedback.

A really nice take on an arena beat-'em-up. Really fun to play, and very well implemented.

A really fun concept for a platformer. The game is very short, though, and I personally feel that these types of mechanics would work very well in a longer game as well. Good ideas, well executed. I just wish there was more of it!

This is a game that is very early in progress. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous, but there isn't much of a game to speak of yet, though it does seem to have a solid basis and concept behind it. As it is, however, it's more of an art demo, with a slight hint of a possibly good game.

A challenging, hard-core platformer that pulls no punches! Controls felt smooth, but the overall gameplay felt like everything was happening at 2x the speed. The plot and main concept of the game is quite amusing.
Definitely a good entry.

A very fun arcade shooter that harkens back to games such as Asteroids and Star Castle. The controls as slick and responsive, and the game plays like an early 80s arcade classic. The music just adds to that old arcade game charm. It gets exponentially more difficult as time passes, and I can just imagine this one being a coin guzzler if it was in an actual arcade back in the day.
Very nicely done!

I really like the concept behind this game. However, other than your character slowing down due to blood loss, it would be very useful to have some kind of visual indicator of exactly how much blood you still have left, so that you can strategize each level better. The game looks great, though, and I love the palette used. It fits the theme perfectly.

I really enjoyed the main game mechanic of using the lightning to backlight the gameplay area. This is definitely not your average platformer. The collision areas did seem to be a bit large, however, as I ended up dying at points where I was close to a hazard, but not actually touching it.
The game was challenging, but I did manage to finish it in a few minutes.
A nice game with a great concept.

I can't help but highly rate this extremely enjoyable and unique endless runner, with its great game mechanics, endless replayability thanks to procedurally generated levels, and an awesome soundtrack that dynamically changes its...well...dynamics, based on which side of the horizon you are on. Such a well made entry!

PS. I really love the way the rabbit vibes to the music on the score page.

A short, funny little game (the credits take longer to finish than the actual gameplay itself). I really enjoyed the music and 1-bit art.

I had so much fun playing this! The concept is very original, and very well executed. A great, well thought-out puzzler and solid entry to this jam. Well done!

An interesting little game. The game art is a bit jarring at certain points, since they seem to be a mix of resolutions, there is no animation, but the gameplay is pretty smooth, and easy to pick up. I like the interpretation of the theme, and that your actions have consequences. I would have liked to see a bit more types of endings dependent on your score, since being kicked out seemed a bit harsh for single, minor offenses. However, it's a good little entry.

I absolutely loved the premise of this game. The storytelling was great, and the game itself was just a joy to play. I enjoyed this entry immensely! Well done, folks!

A beautifully made game with a pretty creepy vibe. Visually it is extremely well-made. The dithering effect on the 3D scene looks so good. Great atmosphere, good gameplay, and overall, a really good entry.

An extremely fun twin stick shooter with a lot of replay value. Great music, good graphics and smooth gameplay. Very nicely done!

A very well thought-out platformer with good level design, and clever game mechanics. It could have done with some audio, but it's an enjoyable platformer nonetheless. Good job!

This is a very good entry to the jam. A great concept, and the difficulty going up after each day by making your player character slower is a good mechanic that makes perfect sense in the setting of the game.
Well done!

Thank you very much! I really appreciate your kind words and am glad that you enjoyed it.

A good concept that's well-implemented. That is one ravenous fish, though, that gets extremely hungry extremely quickly! A great entry to the jam. Well done!

I spent way too much time on this one! So much fun. I finally beat it after almost 20 tries. Great gameplay, good graphics, and, fittingly, the type of lounge music you could expect in a classic casino. Great, fun game! Well done!

Peggle meets Pachinko on Halloween night! This was a fun entry, and the boost mechanic is a great addition.  Nicely made, good game!

A unique take on the swarmer shooter. Losing your limbs is an interesting and really fun mechanic. Some variation in the enemies could make the game stand out a bit more, I feel. Good entry, nonetheless.

Thank you so much for that! I really appreciate the kind words. I've been wanting to do a game like this for a while, so when this Jam gave me the opportunity, I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to do. I'm very glad to know that people find it enjoyable.

As for the too much water problem, I will definitely take a look at getting the temple drained. I did not notice the flooding. Thank you for pointing that out!

A fun arcade action game. Nice graphics, fun music and just the right amount of difficulty ramping to ease you into the gameplay. I loved the fact that your car loses parts of itself the more damage you get. Just one thing: What the heck did your player character do to not only have the sheriff and police roadblocks to contend with, but also mines and fighter jets firing at them? Yikes!

A good concept and implementation of the theme. Some of the card text was really difficult to read at some resolutions, however, and the game could definitely have benefitted from some audio. I did enjoy it, though, and think that this is a pretty good entry to the jam.

A simple, but fun game with enjoyable, laid-back gameplay.  It's mostly a game of chance, where you can leverage your odds a bit by purchasing things at the shop.
I really enjoyed it. Nicely done!

A solid foundation for a good game. Some visual feedback on what weapons are equipped, when you hit an enemy and a few other things would definitely enhance the gameplay. The game has no sound, but overall that does not detract from the gameplay. If this game was to be developed further, I'm sure I would enjoy it immensely.

A nice twin-stick shooter with quite a bit of promise, but, sadly, still needs a lot of work. It is quite unoptimized, which causes severe lag about a minute into the game when the enemies are just too numerous for the engine to handle, and some enemy spawns got nudged straight out of the playing area.  Overall the gameplay was pretty good, as was the concept. With some more work this could be a very solid game.

A simple, short game that still manages to be rather challenging. It does seem to have an issue with its collision sizes, however, as getting close to, but not actually touching the upper or lower barriers causes you to lose. The graphics and music are nice, though, and I had fun playing this.

The concept of this game has a lot of promise, but it seems to be bugged. When interacting with most characters, the "Just an old pile of trash" line keeps getting repeated, so it seems that it is basically impossible to do what needs to be done to finish the game.
Graphically it's extremely interesting, surreal, even. It has good music, and the beginnings of good gameplay. I think that I would really enjoy the full experience of this game if it was complete.

An interesting narrative game with a pleasing visual style. The concept could definitely be expanded into a larger, more complex game, and what is available here is very nicely done indeed.

A great survival mode arena shooter where the enemies just keep coming! Smooth controls and solid gameplay. The music is eerie and fitting to the setting and aesthetic of the game. Great graphics, exciting gameplay, and all-round just a fun game. Nicely done!

As is the norm for bullet hell games, it can be quite difficult, but pretty enjoyable nonetheless once you work out the enemy patterns. The diminishing amount of weapons and disruptors certainly ups the difficulty as you progress, but the game is a solid entry into the jam, and quite fun. Nicely done!

That was really enjoyable! A good puzzler that's quite difficult, but really well put together. Good graphics, good audio, and it stays true to the original C64 look, but only in 1-bit this time as opposed to the full-color original, and so well done!

This was such an enjoyable game to play. The controls, though quite different, just work so well with this game. It's an extremely unique platformer that's quite unlike any other that I've played before. Great game throughout!

Thank you very much!

Our two games have a very similar concept, but two very different implementations. Whereas I opted for an extremely old-school platformer, this game is a platformer+ with all the bells and whistles. The character art and animation are just wonderful, and the intro was really funny.  Overall, a nicely made game and a solid entry to the jam. It took a very long time to load, though.

A great puzzler that incorporates the theme wonderfully. Great visual effects and good music. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great job!
