I know you said that the games must be playable on Windows 7, with other platforms optional. Does that mean that if I create a browser game I must also create a desktop version for it or is a browser version only also acceptable?
Browser version is fine. I just mean that it needs to be playable by someone using Windows (It doesn't require MacOS, Linux, a Commodore 64, Atari, etc)
If someone on Windows with a web browser can play the game, you're good.
