The theme of the jam is: A Theft!

The primary goal of the game must be to steal something (or multiple things). This doesn't mean the protagonist has to be a bad guy, though. While you could do a bank heist or some such thing, there could be many situations in which they are stealing something for the common good or stealing it from the bad guys, or even more creative scenarios.
