Will a theme be announced at the start of the Game Jam that needs to be followed?

hi relei2004, just that the game play is 12 seconds long. Last year most people went with a christmas theme though if that helps.  (Last years games https://itch.io/jam/12-seconds-of-christmas-game-jam)
