What do you like about your game?
I liked the central mechanic of having the heart move in the same shape as an EKG (with some anatomical accuracy). Thank you for running this!! I had a lot of fun even if my game was really bad.

The music makes anxious 😂 Cool art and the gameplay is fun!

The music had the same effect on me... perhaps I shouldn't have added it. Thanks for the feedback!

although the freezing mechanic can be super hard to get working sometimes, it's a super cool idea for a platformer that i don't think i've ever seen before, well done. i got to level 9 i think but i'll probably come back and play it sometime after the jam as i really enjoyed what i saw. also made in scratch? that's pretty impressive on it's own to get something this functional out of scratch, i can't imagine the hurdles to jump through for that lol. as i said before, well done.

I think the trouble with the freezing is due to scratch's click detection being a bit slow and some inefficient programming on my part. Thanks for the advice!

Nice background music! I believe the lvl3 is bugged I cannot pass it

Developer

You need to touch the white medical supplies for about half a second continuously for them to collect. Each one has a counter that ticks up while you are touching it and rapidly goes down when not touching it, so to collect one, you need to make this counter reach a certain amount. The best way to do this is usually by freezing the ground below you so that you are touching the supplies continuously. This probably could have been explained more clearly in the game, so my apologies about the unclear mechanic. Thanks for the feedback!

The concept is cool, the frezing mechanic I had some trouble with but eventually it clicked for me, couldn't get further than level 3 unfortunately.

Nice concept although I wasn't able to clear lvl3 so I can't tell you much. Overall I think this is a pretty good game.
