Hi, really unique concept, I liked that you made the torches disappear after some time, it adds a lot of pressure to the player! The atmosphere is really spooky with those eyes watching and hunting you. I'd love to see it developed even further. Nice job and keep it up!

It seems like running into the darkness where the arrow is is the way to go.
Maybe remove the arrows, but give more torches?
Cool concept and execution, I ran out of wood the first time sadly.

I did find it easier to just run into the darkness and follow the arrow then plant a torch when I got there than progressively add torches as I go... perhaps you could take more damage the further away from the light you are to stop that?
In any case, I enjoyed it.. very nice game design :)
