she looks way cuter now but i think shes missing som more robot-like parts
also i think the game aint giving rewards to u sometimes, i swear the game said i dropped a bunch of cool parts but i got nothing, not even the money it said i got
Seems like it has good potential. Maybe a weird comparison but its giving me some Mount and Blade vibes. With the whole starting out very weak and slowly earning money to buy equipment to slowly become op.
Found a glitch where, if you select a part from the box, and then escape back to the previous menu, you lose the part forever. Lost the gun printer twice due to this. First time not knowing about the glitch, second time cause I instinctively hit escape to cancel placing it.
When choosing the internals section to install parts it. Is it necessary to have the "head, Torso, Arms, Legs" be buttons? Seems like you could just always show the buttons for the subsections instead. Would result in less clicking needed to navigate between body sections.
Finally, More just curiosity, not a suggestion or anything, but are you planning to add options to customize the cute anime girl, or keeping it locked to specific design? Custom waifus are always great, but I can also see the advantage of having a specific character design, especially when it comes to branding/marketing.
Thanks! sorry about those gun printers, I'll have to pay you back ;)
>"you could just always show the buttons for the subsections instead." You've got a point, that's one of my older menus that I made before I started testing the right resolution so I thought they'd clutter the screen. I should update it!
>"options to customize the cute anime girl" Yes! (to an extent) The externals menu will have mostly aesthetic options for things like: changing her colors, putting on decals and hats/accessories. Might not have things like hairstyles or body sliders but I'd like to add other playable characters in the future with different designs/weapons. Well see how far I get ^_^
Very interesting game. I like the melee combat that works with aerial attacks, pretty neat. I would consider a tutorial that introduces enemies one at a time and tells you a short bit about them or strategies. Also i got launched by the minebot into the crowd, so there might need to be a invisible roof or wall. I was also pleased with the internal upgrade menu, I love customization and upgrades in games! Fun game :)
Thank you very much! No worries, getting flung into the crowd is an intended feature ^_^ although when I get around to balancing I might make a crowd that flings you back into the arena or have a countdown/penalty for staying out too long.
Gameplay is much better, just needs a better effect for when you get hit.
The placement highlights in the internals need work to better convey where the part will actually be placed. Turning red when you can't place the piece would also be good.
I think there's a good start here! One thing I'd add is some more levels to ramp up the difficulty. The fact all the enemies are faster than you, tend to swarm, and do so much damage makes the first arena brutally hard until it all clicks, especially since I only saw the upgrades after beating it.
Yeah, the early game is pretty rough ATM, I'll probably try making some enemies that wait for you to go to them so people don't have to panic so much right at the start.

Thanks for playing! I'll see what I can do about those highlights, I know the head especially is way off cause it's viewed at an angle.
